After earrings ruling the red carpet for eons, there were more necklaces than we have seen in a long while. The styles ranged from traditional looks to modern chokers. Diamonds dominated in terms of gems but there were lots of different styles of diamond jewels. See all the best looks below.
Lady Gaga’s Tiffany Aurora Necklace was custom made for her to wear at the Golden Globes. “Because this is such a special moment—her first major award show of the season—we wanted the jewelry and dress to complement each other. What could be more fitting than this exquisite custom piece, named after the goddess of dawn and a cluster of stars, to mark Lady Gaga’s wonderful work in A Star is Born?” explained the star’s stylists, Sandra Amador and Tom Eerebout. The necklace is set with over 100-carats of diamonds. Gaga paired the necklace with other Tiffany diamond jewels including cluster earrings. “We are thrilled to dress our friend, fellow native New Yorker Lady Gaga for tonight’s Golden Globes,” explained Reed Krakoff, Tiffany & Co.
