J.Lo Wears Jewelry Worth Millions in “Dinero”
The Tiffany treasures add up to big bucks
My litmus test for the success of a pop song is how often I hear it played in Soul Cycle classes. Ever since May 17 when J. Lo dropped “Dinero” featuring rapper Cardi B and producer DJ Khaled, it has been in heavy rotation. The new summer anthem was reviewed by Billboard’s Abby Jones as a “fiery proclamation of everyone’s love for cold hard cash that’s brimming with witty bilingual word play.”

Tiffany jewelry lights up the black and white video directed by Joesph Kahn. Naturally, the treasures add up to mucho dinero. One figure being thrown around is $4.5-million, but it could be more. A bib necklace with over 68-carats of diamonds set in platinum from Tiffany’s new Paper Flowers collection is listed as “price available upon request.” The translation for that jewelry speak is very expensive. The platinum and diamond pendant earrings she pairs with the necklace cost $95,000. And her lavish platinum, diamond and black spinel bracelet is $265,000. There are several more pieces in the five to six figure price range in just the one look (shown in the photo above). The least expensive jewels J. Lo wore in the shoot are ball rings from the Tiffany HardWear collection. The yellow and rose jewels start around $1,200. See all the splendor and the over the top staging of “Dinero” below.
