The Glam Jewelry Trends at the Emmys

The best styles were statement necklaces, earrings, rings and waist brooches

January 15, 2024—For the 75^th Emmys, the awards show pulled out all the stops. Stars from beloved series made in the past attended and reminded all of TV’s rich history. The talented nominees from new programs proved the legacy continues with any number of prestige shows. All of it made the Emmys feel elevated.

And the best jewelry tonight was higher plane too. The looks would have blended easily in the mix at the Oscars. The styles fit into a few glam trend categories: statement necklaces, dazzling earrings and waist brooches as well as big rings.

While the list might sound like the usual subjects, they were freshly presented. See what I mean below.

STATEMENT NECKLACES

Selena Gomez stood out in a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Bird on a Rock necklace in platinum and yellow gold with a morganite of over 35 carats, diamonds and pink sapphires.

Sarah Snook’s red dress was lit up with jewels by Cartier including a High Jewelry diamond necklace and earrings.

Jenna Ortega paired a Dior diamond necklace, bracelet and ring with her Dior gown.

PENDANT EARRINGS

Jessica Chastain moved her hair to one side in order to show off her Reza earrings set with over 22 carats of emerald cut emeralds, yellow and white diamonds. The actress also had on rings by Reza.

Ali Wong wore Chopard earrings from the Red Carpet collection set with over 36-carats of diamonds in platinum.

Claire Danes contrasted her pink dress with diamond and sapphire Cartier High Jewelry earrings.

WAIST BROOCHES

I am not sure if Katherine Heigel’s waist brooch is diamonds or costume and part of her dress but the look is great. Her necklace and earrings are from Rahaminov Diamonds.

Keri Russell has a similar situation to Katherine Heigel. She is wearing either a costume or precious brooch on her waist with diamond earrings.

MAJOR RINGS

Issa Rae looked regal, or should I say presidential, in her glamorous feathered gown and gold and diamond statement ring from Cast that created a balance with her cushion cut diamond engagement ring on a split shank. Issa’s gold and diamond earrings also came from Cast.

Zawe Ashton also wore a voluminous gown and big rings. She balanced her engagement ring from Tom Hiddleston with a statement jewel flower ring from Dana Kemp.
