A Signet Ring That Gives Back

Custom order a ring form Collegiate by Jessica Biales for a cause

by Marion Fasel

Classics signet rings with twist is what Jessica Biales’ delightful collection is all about. She riffs on the silhouette in any number ways. Her new jam is not only charming it is also charitable.

The designer is making custom orders of her signet ring in silver and covering it in two colors of enamel stripes representing your school’s colors (or any two colors you want). It was inspired by the British style scarf worn at schools à la Harry Potter. “My father brought me one from London when I was a child,” says Jessica. “I still have it and I treasure it.”

The collection is called Collegiate and in the spirit of education Jessica is donating 10% of the profits of each ring from to girlsinc.org. “I wanted to work with an organization that supported girls and education,” says Jessica. Each ring takes about four weeks to make and costs $400 for silver.  Order them on JessicaBiales.com.
